Cybersecurity for Small Business: FTC’s Free Resources to Help Keep Your Business Data Safe

Come join the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to learn the basics for protecting your small business from cyber-attacks. The FTC’s cybersecurity program for small business includes information on 12 cybersecurity topics. In this webinar, you’ll get a glimpse of some of them, including: cybersecurity basics; physical security; ransomware; business email impostors; phishing; vendor security; cyber insurance; hiring a web host; and secure remote access.

You’ll also learn how you can use the FTC’s free resources to

• train your employees and help keep your business data and computers safe;

• make cybersecurity a part of your business routine;

• develop a plan to protect your customers’ and employees’ personal information; and

• learn what to do if there is a data breach.
